Delivery Information

After placing your order, we aim to dispatch your package within 24 hours. We make sure to pack it carefully so you don't have to worry about any damage during shipping. We use reliable carriers, namely DPD, GLS, TopTrans.

In the case of delivery in Prague or atypical and expensive carpets, we carry out delivery by our own forces. We will also be happy to help you with the return to the floor or with placing the carpet under the furniture.

All of our rugs are packaged according to the shipping companies guidelines, so depending on the size of the rug, the rug will be shipped either rolled or folded. The rugs are wrapped in strong plastic to keep them safe during shipping.

Carpets can also be picked up in person at our shop in Prague Smichov, at Nádražní 39/76, 150 00 Prague - Smichov.
